For Netscape/Firefox Browsers: Go to "Preferences", then click "Advanced" in the left pane, then make sure "Accept all cookies" is checked, then click "OK". Different versions of Netscape may have slightly different procedures for doing this.
For MS Internet Explorer (IE): Different versions are different.

Or, try going to "Tools", "Internet Options", click the "Security" tab, make sure "Internet" is highlighted, then click the "Custom Level..." button, scroll down to "Cookies", then make sure both options have "Enable" checked, then click "OK" twice. Different versions of IE may have different procedures for doing this. For example, in Version 6 of Internet Explorer you would Choose "Tools", Internet Options", click the "Privacy" tab, click the "Advanced..." button, then make sure "Accept" is selected for First-party and Third-party Cookies.
