Important: Include your "Ship To" address and "Phone Number" in your email.  Be sure to also note whether you want the CREAM or OINTMENT, how many tubes total, and shipping method.

You will only receive a confirmation of your order when we process it (normally same day if ordering before 2pm EST).  You will receive several emails containing your tracking information, receipt for your order, and a login/password if you haven't already registered with us.

Insufficient funds charge will be $35 which you will be responsible for should your check not clear.
