• We now ship Monday through Friday.  Order before 2pm EST & it will ship same day (in stock items).
• Our consult fee is added to the prescription price at checkout ($30 for new clients, $5 for established clients)
• We use Rightconnect.com for our shopping cart but your credit card statement will show "FuddyBuddy.com" as the merchant for your purchase.
• Make sure your browser is set to accept cookies for BOTH "RxPalace.com" & "Rightconnect.com"
•  "Ground" shipments are sent by 1st Class Mail which is usually delivered within 2-5 postal delivery days.
• We use USPS Express Mail for ALL overnight shipments.  Click here to find out if you are within the U.S. Postal Service area for overnight shipments.  Our origin zip-code is 34232.  We use FedEx for ALL 2-day shipments.  Our daily cut-off time is 2pm EST for Next-Day & 2nd Day shipments.
• Someone must be present to sign at the time of delivery for Next-Day & 2nd Day shipping options.
• If you use line 2 in the "Bill to" or "Ship to" fields it will not show up on the automated email receipt that you receive.  We do receive that information however.  To avoid confusion you may want to include your entire address on line 1 only (such as your Apt#)...although this is completely optional.
